Beautiful Cats

Katie, David and I went to visit a Bengal breeder in Prince Edward Island.  Wow, the kittens were beautiful.  One day I would love the have a Bengal Cat.  They are such amazing animals, wonderful temperament and gorgeous coat.

Darcey and his crew from Cavendish Destination Centre

The kids were a big hit with the Cavendish Destination Centre employees.  They came for a visit in June before the Island got busy.  They are going to send lots of families to us this summer.

Casey, Hope and Fanny

Casey and Hope are from the United States and Fanny is from Sweden.  They have been helping out with the goats and taking fences down.  They will go home much stronger than when they came.

Women and Agriculture

On one of the warmest days so far on Prince Edward Island a group of 21 ladies stopped in to try our products.  They are in a steam tent with Lavender and Rosemary.  After they put PEI Clay on their faces.  It was a lot of fun and they went away with a soft face and refreshed feet.

Where are the 2 legged kids to feed me my oats?

The goats are eagerly waiting for the customers to feed them oat all day.

Myth Busters

Conor and Billy were figuring out how to work the bottle filler.  The pressure was so strong the first bottle went flying the moisturize oil all over us.It felt like we were on Myth Busters adjusting the stroke length and presure to get the oil in the bottles.  Soon Alex will be filling bottles on his own.

Melody

Melody came all the way from Vancouver to work in the soap shop and milk goats for the summer.  She is supper friendly and funny.  Come and meet her and see for yourself how amazing she really is.

The signs are up.

Alex's put the signs up on the road every morning.  So please do not drive by, drive in.  Remember to bring soap home to your love ones.

Making things bigger and better.

We are moving the washroom from the middle of the yard to the side of the yard.  New construction is exciting!

New Kids!

We have 6 new kids born May 26th and May 27th

Oh, how sweet are they?

Tansy and Clover really look like dolls and they are.  Clover wants you to spend all your time with her and Tansy likes acting silly to make you laugh.

Spa Evening

We were having a group of ladies come in to try our products, so the evening before we had a practice run.  Here are June and Shannon with Island Clay Masque on their faces.  It is actually French Clay with a bunch of other good ingredients.  It was a fun evening.

Lilacs

The lilacs are in bloom and the lilac soap is ready in the drying room. 

Shannon and Shari

The Horse Chestnut tree is in full bloom at the moment.  The tree is humming with bees. Shannon and Shari from Northern Ontario stopped in and they thought the tree was amazingly beautiful.

Family Tradition

This wonderful person stops into our shop every time she visits the Island.  Her family has been coming since we started in the garden shed. (Sorry, I forgot your name)

Charlene from Toronto

Charlene reminds me of a new mom studying her baby for the first time. That is because she had never seen a kid before.  The kids will be bigger when you visit us in July.  See you then!

Smiles are priceless

Kids are special, the two legged and the four legged.  It always amazes me how the four legged kids can bring a smile to everyone's face, young and old.  Malakai from Moncton is holding a kid that is one week old.

All the way from Florida

The Jacobsons, a home school family from Florida, stopped in early Saturday morning.  They were greeted by the escapee little kid and Jasmine.

Kyle and Miranda

Kyle and Miranda from Tennessee helped feed the kids Saturday morning.

New Kids

These 3 young ladies did not think they would be feeding kids when they visited PEI.  Surprise surprise! You never know what you might find when visiting Prince Edward Island.  Diane and Nora are in the first picture and JoAnne is in the second!

Parking

The soap is so good we need more parking spaces.  It has been a struggle getting this project under way.  I am getting closer; the boards are gone.

Heather and Colton

Many Islanders still drive by and have never stopped in.  Heather and Colton made it in the driveway on their way to the beach on the weekend.  They had a great time feeding the kids.

Jasmine

Here is Jasmine after her bath all shiny and new with a smile.  Jasmine will be 13 years old on July 27th.  When she was 2 Jasmine was the fastest dog in Atlantic Canada for fly ball.  Now her job is to greet customers when they pull into the parking lot.
