I had the pleasure to meet Steve Considine who is the
Dairy Manager from Redwood Hill Farm in Sebastopol, California. Steve manages one of the bigger goat dairy operations in the US. They milk 300 goats and process 30,000 gallons of milk per day from other farms. Redwood Hill Farm makes award winning artisanal yogurt and cheese. I would love to see it and taste it some day!
