To see if you are making any progress at Curves once a month you get weighed and measured. It was my turn to get weighed and measured at Curves this week after being on holidays.
I really did not think I made any progress but I did. Hurray!
Every day Katie has been making gourmet hot chocolates for me with rich dark chocolate, whole milk, whip cream, chocolate pieces and cinnamon. I still lost weight!!! It is a great program. Thirty minutes three times a week is all it takes. I don’t even go three times a week.
